Happy Earth Day!
The earth is our natural healer and source of life. Throughout human history, humans have walked barefoot and slept on the ground. Modern lifestyles with cars, buildings and rubber shoes have left people separated from direct connection with the earth's surface. New scientific discoveries are showing that this drastic disconnect may in fact be contributing to chronic pain and stress across the population. Earthing is a growing new movement offering a simple method of bringing people back to connect with the electrical healing energy present all around us.

Radiant Life Earthing Day Challenge:
Go barefoot outside for a half-hour. Sit, stand, or walk on grass, sand, dirt, concrete (wood, asphalt and vinyl won’t work as they are not conductive surfaces). Notice how you feel. Are there differences in your pain, energy or stress level?
