We've been using coconut oil since March of 2011 and it's made a huge difference in my cholesterol. My numbers went from just over 200 to 183 in 4 months. I did also start eating oatmeal at breakfast and I'm sure that has helped as well. 
 
We don't use the brand you have on your site but we do use an extra virgin brand that is processed naturally without heat (cold pressed) and love the flavor. 
 
I would recommend coconut oil for everyone who values their health.

I love coconut oil and recommend it to all my patients and clients.Personally, I use it when I make my nut butters- it creates a smoothe, delicious texture. I also use it to cook with, and my dogs hover around me when they see me open the jar: they love it too! 
 
 
 
Coconut oil is highly beneficial for all the reasons stated above. It is wonderful to slather on your skin as a facial moisturizer while you are doing other things, then towel it off and continue with your facial regimen.

I don't go a single day without enjoying the benefits of cold pressed coconut oil. Oil pulling therapy in the a.m., adding it to my berry smoothie recipe, sauteing vegetables for dinner, and applying it to my skin before bed!
